Emma had her annual appointment today, 4 December 2007. Emma is 14 years old now. Emma had an echocardiogram test and an EKG test. It was a very uneventful appointment. Nothing has changed. The daily dosage of enalaprilt remains at 10 mg. The size of Emma's heart is just fine. Good news for another year. Dr. Portman said, "See you in a year."

The previous paragraph is virtually the same as last year's update. That is because this appointment was much the same as last year. The only challenging, and somewhat entertaining part, was navigating Children's Hospital amid the renovations and construction. The cafeteria didn't move, but many of the access points were unfamiliar.
